Terms and Conditions
- Outstanding balances must be settled 7 days prior to your delivery date.
- Lessee will be charged a $30 fee for bounced checks or bad transactions. This fee is in addition to any bank fees you may incur.
- Cancellation within (7) days of the event date will require full payment.
- Early cancellations will be charged to the non-refundable deposit only. Non-Refundable deposits will be held for (1) year. Customers may use the deposit towards a future rental date. The non-refundable deposit is 20% of the total cost of the invoice.
- Lessee is responsible for obtaining at its own expense, and prior to the installation of the equipment, necessary city permits, licenses, and other consents. (If Applicable)
- Tents are considered temporary structures. They do not provide adequate protection from severe weather. If threatening weather or lightning is in the area, seek proper shelter until the weather has passed. Mr. Rental Ohio is not responsible for damage to any customers' personal equipment property or injury to any person standing under or near a tent rented by Mr. Rental Ohio during severe weather.
- Mr. Rental Ohio will not erect a tent in an area where electrical wires will come in contact with the tent.
- Lessee agrees to have the site upon which the equipment is to be erected free and clear of obstacles, including pet droppings, prior to the scheduled delivery time.
- Lessee agrees to have all underground facilities within the work area for equipment to be installed clearly marked prior to the scheduled delivery time. Lessee assumes full responsibility for any damage to underground facilities, sprinklers, wires, landscaping, or lawns due to equipment setup procedures.
- A Drilling Damage Waiver must be signed by Lessee prior to setups that require drilling in concrete, blacktop, wood, or a standing structure.
- Lessee agrees to refrain from using any heating devices, open flames, or grills under or within reasonable distance of the tent without prior approval from Mr. Rental Ohio. Lessee assumes full responsibility and costs incurred for damage and or cleaning costs to tent due to heating or cooking devices.
- Lessee agrees to refrain from hanging streamers or decorations from the party tent (dye will stain tent). No staples, glues or adhesives may be used on any equipment. If tape is used IT MUST BE REMOVED PRIOR TO PICK UP. A $5 Fee per piece of equipment may be charged if tape is not removed.
- Lessee agrees to restore equipment to its original condition prior to scheduled pick up time. All tables should be wiped clean of food and debris. Chairs should be folded and leaned against tables or returned to chair carts if applicable. A $25 Cleaning Fee will be charged if rental equipment is not wiped off prior to pick up.
- Lessee agrees to remove all non-leased equipment from under the tent or from the tables prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
- Damaged or missing equipment will be subject to replacement charges. Tent replacement $3200, Table replacement $150, Chair replacement $30. All other equipment repairs will be quoted within 7 days of equipment pickup.
- We do not Set up linens
- We will not deliver inside customers’ homes
- By signing this form, you, the Lessee, or you, Friend or Family of the Lessee are accepting Mr. Rental Ohio’s Terms & Conditions. The Lessee will be held responsible for terms and conditions if a friend or family member signs in place of Lessee.
